Hello, I am Chef Christine Todaro, I am a graduate of Johnson and Wales University with a Bachelor of Science
Degree in Food Service Management and an Associates of Applied Science Degree in Culinary Arts. In culinary
school I had the pleasure of working with Master Chefs and also Chefs from around the world. I have over 14 years
in the food and beverage industry, I started Fusion Catering Services when I was in college working small parties for
people who needed help maintaining their parties.
To gain more knowledge of the industry, I worked for the Hotel Viking in Newport, RI in the banquet department. Then I
went to work for a catering company in Boston. There I catered events at Copley Place, Harvard Medical School and
shops on Newbury Street. I gained enough knowledge to start Fusion Catering Services again. Now, my goal is to
bring Boston style of catering to everyone Fusion caters for without breaking their budgets and tantalize their taste
buds.
