Meet the Chef
Hello, I am Chef Christine, I am a  graduate of Johnson and Wales University
with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Food Service Management and an
Associates of Applied Science Degree in Culinary Arts.  In culinary school  I had the
pleasure of working with Master Chefs and also Chefs from around the world.  My
education has landed me careers from well known restaurants, hotels and best of
boston catering companies.

Now I am the Chef/Owner of a Personal Chef Service. I have had the pleasure of
being professionally trained as a Personal Chef at the Culinary Business Academy
in Rio Rancho, NM. I am a member of the United States  Personal Chef Association
and Certified in Food Safety.
I believe there is a reason why you go in the career path you choose; mine has to do with  two things. Whenever my mom took us to our late
great-grandmothers house to visit she always fed us something, she knew it would make us happy if he ate her popcorn balls or had a bowl of
ice cream. I always wondered how she became a great cook and I was told "a pinch of this and a dash of that will always make a great recipe.

Many people ask me for recipes for the foods I make, but I have my great grandma's way of making food. She never used a recipe and her
food was fantastic.
